Open the app and tap the big blue "Start Workout" button. The timer will start automatically. Then add exercises and start logging sets!
After adding an exercise:
Yes! Go to Settings → Rest Timer and adjust it from 30 to 300 seconds. The default is 90 seconds.
During a workout, go to the Templates tab and tap the "+" button. Give your template a name, and it will save all the exercises from your current workout. Next time, just tap the template to start with those exercises pre-loaded.
All your workout data is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your phone. We don't have servers or cloud storage. Your data is completely private.
Yes! In the History tab, tap any workout, then tap the share button. You can share your workout summary via Messages, Notes, or any app that accepts text.
Yes! RepTrack works completely offline. No internet connection required. Perfect for basement gyms or areas with poor signal.
Currently, you can clear all data from Settings → Data → Clear All Data. Individual workout deletion will be added in a future update.
Yes! Go to Settings → Units and select your preferred unit (lbs or kg).
The star indicates a Personal Record (PR) - your highest weight × reps combination for that exercise. Keep pushing to see more stars!
Yes! Go to Settings → Feedback and toggle "Haptic Feedback" off.
Not currently. Since we don't use cloud storage (for privacy), your data stays on your device. Cloud sync may be added as an optional feature in the future.

Go to the History tab and tap the chart icon in the top right. You'll see total workouts, sets, volume, and more.
Yes! When adding an exercise, just type the name you want and tap "Add [exercise name]". It will be saved for future use.
